This is one of them. From the hills of Tolmie in 1902, brothers John and Edward Nolan came to Mansfield to establish a family butchery. As the business grew, they were succeeded by Edward's sons, Jack and Ted. As well as traditional butcher shop lines, we have created a reputation for gourmet meats catering to thousands of visitors to the Mansfield region each year. Our innovative ideas in sausage making have earned us the titles: 'Victorian Sausage King' and 'Australian Sausage King'.
